Cancellation and Rental Policy

Rental Policies :

Check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM

No smoking in cabins
No pets allowed in cabins
No refunds after check-in
Management reserves right to refuse service to anyone

Additional Rental Policies

Housekeeping is provided before and after your visit. Guests are responsible to wash all dishes used, if not there will be a 1 hour cleaning fee added at check out. Excessive cleanup after your stay will be charged to you at the rate of $45/hr. Smoking in our cabins is strictly prohibited. You will be charged 3 hours cleaning ($45/hr) if we find smoking odor in the cabin or evidence of pets. Any items lost, stolen or damaged will be added to charges on your credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY IS 14 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL, 30 day notice for Holiday Weekends. Cancellation beyond grace period forfeits deposit (one nights stay) plus $15.00 processing fee.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
No refund for early departure.
Online reservation must be secured by a credit card.
Your credit card or cash deposit will hold your reservation until 6 PM on your scheduled arrival date. Please call ahead if you will be arriving after 6 PM.
