Our Park staff is committed to do our best to accommodate your needs and to make your stay a memorable time. It is our job to make sure that the park is safe, clean and healthy for everyone. By staying at North Whidbey RV Park you agree to these rules and may be asked to leave with no refund if any are violated.
It is your responsibility to know and follow the rules.
Check In/Check Out:
- All GUESTS must check in at the office upon arrival.
- Check in time for RV spots is 12 pm and check out time is by 11am. Check in time for Cabins is 3 pm and check out time is by 11am. Guests must abide by the quiet time hours of 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the rights of your neighbors by keeping noise to an appropriate level. North Whidbey RV Park reserves the right to define what constitutes appropriate level.
- There is no refund for early departure.
- Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children on all Park premises. All children 16 and younger must be supervised by an adult when using any of our facilities. Bicycles, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed on or around the office/clubhouse/shower house walkways.
- Restrooms are provided for the convenience of paid campers. Please clean up after yourself. All children using the facilities must be accompanied by an adult. No Pets are allowed in the restrooms.
Speed Limit and Vehicle Use
Speed limit is 5 mph.
Camping is a family experience, so please honor and protect the
families in the park by carefully observing the speed limit.
For safety purposes: No unlicensed motor vehicles or drivers
are allowed to operate within the park.
Care for Your Campsite:
- No washing of any vehicles or RV’s in the Park.
- Fireworks, explosives, and discharging weapons are not allowed.
- Un-mounted propane tanks are only allowed in the park if they are 5 gal or less and attached to a BBQ or fire pit.
- Campfires are allowed only in approved fire pits. Campers must not leave fire pits unattended. Extinguish all fires when leaving the site. Please do not throw cigarette butts in the fire pits. State issued Fire Bans will be posted and Must be followed.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the park buildings, this includes office, clubhouse, cabins, restrooms, bathhouses and laundry room.
- Campers are responsible for any damage to the campground including water and pedestals.
- Tents and yard carpets are not allowed in the park.
- Please keep all garbage and trash containers inside your RV and use dumpsters provided.
- Please respect the space intended for your neighbors. Please do not enter or walk through neighboring sites.
- All alcohol must be kept at your site.
- There is a cleanup fee of $15.00 for campsites left dirty after departure. This means garbage left in fire pits/ on site/ and spillage from black water tanks.
- North Whidbey RV Park is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Wi-Fi:
Free Wi-Fi is available, you are required to agree with and follow all the Free Wi-Fi Rules. Wireless Internet is a free service offered to our guest. Our Wi-Fi system is brand new in 2020 and the coverage is very good. It should not be relied upon for business purposes.
Parking Regulations:
Parking for one vehicle in addition to your RV is included
with the price of the reservation.
This means if you have a camper or fifth wheel, your truck parks free. If you have a motor home and you’re towing a car, the towed car parks free.
All vehicles and campers need to be fully within their parking space. Anyone blocking traffic will be asked to move. No parking is permitted on vacant campsites.
The park has no additional onsite parking available.
This includes no additional guest cars, boats, boat trailers, car haulers
or enclosed trailers.
RVs must be 100% self-contained, no camping in vehicles.
Lawn Care:
Please don’t drive, ride or park on the grass.
During the summer the island grass is dry and may look dead.
We appreciate your help in protecting the dry grass from damage.
Pet Policy:
- Pets are defined as domestic dogs, cats, birds and other animals as approved by Park Management.
- Guests with pets must respect other guests by keeping your pet under control and/or prevent pets from interfering with other guests and their pets, (this includes excessive barking).
- Guests are legally responsible for their pets and any injury or loss caused by their pets while at the Park. The Park is not responsible for injuries to pets, their owners or others using the park.
- Guests are limited to three pets per site.
- When making a reservation to stay at the Park, guests must list all pets that will be accompanying them during the Guest’s stay at the Park. Additionally, pets must be current on vaccinations and licensed to stay at the Park.
- Any pet with a bite history is not allowed at the Park. A guest who fails to disclose their pet’s bite history will be refused admission to the park and /or be required to immediately leave the park if the history is learned during their stay.
- Pets must always be leashed or penned with the pet owner while outside of the owner’s RV. Guests cannot tie up their pet and leave it unattended outside their RV. Guests are responsible for cleaning up their pet’s waste immediately and properly disposing it. There is a $25.00 fee for not picking up after your pet.
- Retractable leashes are not permitted on pets that weigh more than 20 lbs.
- Pet blankets, pillows, mats, or similar items may not be laundered in the Park Laundry rooms.
- Pets are not allowed in the shower or bathroom facilities.
North Whidbey RV Park has the right to refuse service to anyone or to ask any visitor to leave who may, in North Whidbey RV Park's sole discretion,
violate the park rules or cause or create a nuisance to others.
THE VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT
IN EVICTION FROM THE PARK
